Shipping Policy
All works are produced to order. Each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Production & Delivery
Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Norway: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at contact@gtt.gallery with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Returns are not required.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
