Return & Refund Policy

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@gtt.gallery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

EU Customers (including Norway):
Under consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or print-on-demand products. As all items are produced to order, these products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c).
